A PCI Mod-3 match is only a screening candidate. Confirm overlapping coverage, frequency, neighbor relationships, and actual interference before recommending a network change.

Record the dataset, active filters, sample range, relevant events, and assumptions alongside each finding. Export the available tables or session report and keep the original log for verification.
