Troubleshooting
Practical checks before retrying an import, map, or assistant request.
The file will not import
Extract ZIP archives first. Confirm the file is a readable TXT/CSV export rather than a binary project file. Preserve its header and delimiter, and use the matching KML only in the events input.
If the result is empty, inspect whether the export includes timestamps, signal columns, and valid coordinates. Test a small non-sensitive extract before importing the full session again.
The map is blank
Wait for the basemap to load, then use area focus. Check that the dataset has valid GPS. Try 2D if WebGL is unavailable or unstable on the device. If a remote layer fails, reload the map after checking your connection.
Buildings depend on source coverage and zoom. Increasing tilt does not create missing building data.
Cici or access is unavailable
Try the request again after checking connectivity. A local Cici summary may still be available. If account access is unavailable, contact the administrator; retrying with a different password does not repair an unavailable service.
Include the page, language, steps to reproduce, and a screenshot when reporting a problem. Remove credentials and sensitive measurement details.
